Effective date: 20 October 2026

Built by HND aims to make www.builtbyhnd.co.uk accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies or alternative input methods.

What we aim to provide

We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 AA principles when designing and maintaining this website, including keyboard navigation, readable text, meaningful alternative text, adequate contrast, accessible forms and responsive layouts. This is an objective, not a claim of verified conformance.

Current accessibility status

We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit of the live site, so we cannot currently claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. We will review accessibility after launch and prioritise fixes to issues reported by visitors.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you experience an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, email hello@builtbyhnd.co.uk with the page and issue. We aim to acknowledge your request within five working days and work with you on a practical solution.
